November Houses of Worship Architectural Tour Sunday, November 2, 2008 1 to 5 p.m. East End Neighborhoods East End Cooperative Ministry is proud to host its 5th Annual Houses of Worship Architectural Tour. This year's Tour features Rodef Shalom Congregation, Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Church, St. Paul Cathedral and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. The Tour concludes with a reception at St. Nicholas' Hall. Tickets are $25.00 and include a docent lead tour and reception. Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Senior Flu Shot Clinic November 11 and November 18 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vintage Influenza, also called the Flu, is a viral infection of the respiratory tract that causes feaver, headache, muscle aches and weakness. Flu shots are recommended for adults age 65 and older. Unfortunately, many seniors -- who are particularly vulnerable to contracting the flu --cannot afford this important innoculation. The Western Pennsylvania Hospital Community Partnership is sponsoring a flu shot clinic to provide discounted vaccine to adults age 60 and over. A limited amount of vaccine is available.
