The Western Pennsylvania Hospital Community Partnership was established in 1991 to provide a forum for community and hospital leadership to work together to address health-related issues in the East End of Pittsburgh.
The partnership is working to create a virtual network to connect members of the community with the local non-profit organizations that can best meet their needs.
Whether you’re looking for assistance with meals, transportation, health care and insurance, employment, recreational programs, or other social services, you can get what you need through the partnership’s virtual network.
You can find out about the services available to you in the East End by reading our directory of member organizations or looking up a particular topic in our list of services.
For a list of local businesses and non-profit groups that provide essential banking, childcare, education, nutrition, and transportation services, please refer to the partnership's resource listing.
