The West Penn Allegheny Health System (WPAHS) Department of Communications is responsible for managing all facets of media relations for the System and its affiliate entities, including:

Representatives of the media relations team are available around the clock to facilitate media requests for patient information or interviews with members of the medical staff. We are committed to meeting the needs of the media in an effective, expeditious manner, affording timely access to our health care professionals and the programs they direct. The media relations staff can be reached by calling 412-330-4444 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or by contacting the representatives listed below directly.
After regular business hours, on weekends and holidays, members of the media can call 412-359-3131 and ask for the media relations representative on-call.
