Personal nutrition coaching strives to empower the individual to sustain healthy lifestyle changes by assisting them with setting goals and overcoming challenges with food selection and meal planning. Ths one-on-one counseling session is facilitated by a registered dietitian and is designed to address the nutritional changes needed to manage heart disease, diabetes, weight management and other health related issues.
